For help with Craft Project Companion, email hello@flipfactory.pro. Include your app version, device model, iOS version and a brief description of the problem. Please do not send private patterns, backups or other personal information unless needed to explain the issue and you choose to share them.

Back up a project

Use Export Backup from your project menu and save the .craftbackup file in Files. Backups include your PDF and project progress. Keep them somewhere you trust: Craft Project Companion does not encrypt exported backups.

Restore a project

Choose Restore Backup in the library and select your .craftbackup file. Restore creates a new project. The free version allows one saved project, including archived projects.

Restore a purchase

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for your purchase. Restoring the multi-project unlock does not restore PDFs or project progress; restore those from your project backups.

Delete data

Deleting a project removes its local app copy. Delete exported backups separately from Files and any other locations where you saved them. Optional local usage totals can be disabled and deleted in Settings; exported copies must be deleted separately.
