Craft Project Companion stores imported PDFs, project notes, counters and reading progress locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not automatically send this content to the publisher.

Backups and file providers

When you choose to export a backup, it contains your PDF and project data. Exported backups are not encrypted by the app. The destination you choose in Files may be managed by Apple or another file provider under that provider’s privacy practices. Device backup services may also keep copies. Deleting a project in Craft Project Companion does not delete copies outside the app.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit to check whether your multi-project unlock is available. The publisher does not receive payment card details through the app. Restoring a purchase restores the unlock, not your project files. The optional 14-day trial uses the original verified Apple transaction date; restoring it does not start a new trial or create an automatic charge.

Optional local usage totals

Optional local usage totals are off by default. If enabled, they remain on your device and exclude your PDF content, project notes and project identifiers. The app does not upload them automatically. You may export them and choose whether to share the exported file. Disabling the feature deletes its local ledger; any previously exported files remain under your control. If local deletion fails, the app reports the error so you can retry.

Contacting support

If you email hello@flipfactory.pro, you choose what information to send. Your email provider and the publisher’s email provider process that message. Support messages may be retained in the support mailbox to respond and keep a record of the issue. Contact this address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a support message. Do not send private patterns or backups unless you intend to share them.

Your choices

Delete projects and optional local diagnostics in the app; delete exported files from their saved locations. The app has no account to close. For privacy questions about information you sent to support, contact hello@flipfactory.pro.
